Fees
The fee for the Symposium will include registration, attendance to all scientific sessions including coffee breaks in the morning and the afternoon sessions, 4 lunches (incl. two drinks), the welcome reception on Tuesday, the Conference banquet on Thursday, the social events as well as a copy of the Conference proceedings. The total fee for the Symposium will be 990,- Euros.
Final registration and payment of the Symposium fee must be done before June 30, 2023. Electronic payment by either VISA or MASTERCARD will be available.
Social program
A social program will be arranged for participants and their guests. The conference dinner will be arranged on Thursday evening at the Wartburg. A special program for accompanying persons will be arranged according to demand. The costs are
350,- Euro to be paid along the symposium fee.
Special rates for students
For a limited number of students, a reduced fee will be available. Requests accompanied by a short letter of the supervisor should be sent by mail to: contact(at)wartburg-symposium.de.
Notification of applications´ evaluation will be available on March 25, 2023.
Cancellation policy
Only written cancellations can be accepted, to be sent to wartburg.lms.wzw@tum.de Payments will be refunded after the conference and when the following cancellation charges have been deducted:
Cancellation before August 1, 2023 – refund 75%; no refunds after that date.
Further information
The organizers cannot accept any liability for loss or damage of properties, injuries, unexpected events, travel delays, non-appearance of specific speakers, program changes. Be sure to travel with a valid insurance.
