Short Talks will be 20 min plus 5 min for discussion. For oral presentations we have Microsoft Powerpoint software running on a PC and clip-on microphones.
Oral presenters should upload their presentations at least in the break ahead of the respective session. Assistance will be there to support you.
For Flash posters, we are asking you to prepare a regular poster for the poster session and, furthermore, to give a 5 min oral short presentation (maximum of 5 slides) to present the key messages of your poster during a special scientific session in front of the audience. Timing will be strictly enforced by the session chairs. Instructions for the preparation of posters can be found below.
The space available for each poster will be 120 cm (high) x 90 cm (wide). The material for mounting the posters (pins etc.) will be supplied by the organizers. When preparing your posters, please use letters of at least 0.5 cm in height and present data preferably in tables or figures.
Poster sessions (1 hour in the afternoon of Wednesday and Thursday) will be included in the program. The organisers request that poster presenters to stand by their boards in exhibition area during the poster sessions for queries and discussion. Poster presenters should refer to the final program to check which poster board number has been allocated to them.
